2、保證車庫門電機在運行過程中有良好的潤滑。一般來說，車庫門電機運行每5000小時左右，就要補充或更換潤滑脂，若運行中發(fā)現軸承過熱或潤滑變質時，應及時液壓或換潤滑脂。更換潤滑脂時，應先舊的潤滑油，并用汽油洗凈軸承及軸承蓋的油槽，然后將潤滑脂填充在軸承內外圈之間的空腔的1/2、2/3處。

2. Ensure that the garage door motor has good lubrication during operation. Generally speaking, the garage door motor needs to be replenished or replaced with lubricating grease every 5000 hours of operation. If bearings are found to be overheated or the lubrication deteriorates during operation, hydraulic pressure or lubricating grease should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing lubricating grease, the old lubricating oil should be removed first, and the oil grooves of the bearing and bearing cover should be cleaned with gasoline. 3、大家當車庫門電機的熱保護連續(xù)發(fā)生振動時，必須要先查明故障來自哪個方向，看電機還是超負荷或保護裝置整定值太低的問題，待故障后，才能投入正常運行中。

4、一旦發(fā)現車庫門電機運行的振動及噪聲明顯增大時，就說明電機軸承的壽命已到達極限，這時需要檢查軸承的徑向游隙是否達到相關數值，并及時更換新的電機軸承。

5、若車庫門電機發(fā)生故障，必須要拆卸時，軸伸端或非伸端處都可以取出轉子。若需要從定子中抽出轉子時，應注意防止損壞定子的繞組或絕緣。
